High Precision Grinding Fluid

SPECIAL PROPERTIES AND APPLICATION

   SW-210 is a water-base synthetic grinding fluid without mineral oil, chlorine phosphor, sulphur and phenol substance. It has excellent lubricity, anti-rust, cooling and anti-foam properties. It has long service life and will not cause harmful effects to the human body and the environment. It is suitable for high precision grinding working. It can be easy to permeate to the cutting area to improve the surface finishing obviously, extend the life of grinding wheel and increase the grinding efficiency.

USAGE                                           

1. Must clean up the system before use             

2. Dilute by water from 1:15 to 1:30.

3. The water hardness should be less than 400ppm
